Charlotte is our most long-standing team member, having joined us back in 2001. With over two decades of experience, she manages a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a dedicated point of contact for their essential financial operations. Specialising in day-to-day bookkeeping and VAT, Charlotte is an expert at untangling complex queries and ensuring everything balances perfectly. She takes a consultative approach to her workβ€”carefully reviewing your specific business needs to design a reliable bookkeeping solution tailored just for you.

When she isn’t masterfully navigating VAT regulations, Charlotte is likely busy keeping up with her four-legged companion, Ralphie the dog! Her wealth of experience and friendly nature make her a firm favorite for clients and colleagues alike.

Mollie has been a cornerstone of our team since 2003, providing a warm and friendly welcome to everyone who walks through our door. As one of our longest-serving team members, she is a familiar and trusted face to many of our long-standing clients. Specialising in Company Secretarial and administrative support, Mollie is the go-to expert for day-to-day corporate queries. Her extensive experience includes:

Since joining the team in 2017, Emily has become an integral part of our daily operations. She expertly balances a dual role, managing our core administrative functions while maintaining precision across our bookkeeping processes.

Emily is committed to professional excellence and currently holds AAT Level 1 and 2 qualifications in bookkeeping. Always looking to sharpen her expertise, she is set to begin her AAT Level 3 studies shortly. Her blend of experience and technical knowledge ensures our office runs smoothly and our records remain meticulousβ€”all fueled by her trusty supply of Diet Coke, which is never far from her desk!

Outside of the office, Emily has recently taken on her most rewarding challenge yet as a first-time mum. Whether she is balancing the books or navigating the world of parenthood, she brings the same dedication and care to everything she does.

Grace joined the team in 2018 and has recently reached a major professional milestone by qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA). Working closely alongside Jennifer, Grace applies her high-level technical skills to support our clients with precision and expert insight, while bringing a fresh, younger approach to the office.

It has been an incredibly busy time for Grace lately, as she also recently stepped into the world of parenthood as a first-time mum! While she is dedicated to her professional growth, she is also our resident social butterflyβ€”she can often be caught having a quick chat and catching up with the team when she should probably be at her desk. Her energetic personality and modern perspective make her a fantastic addition to the firm’s future.

Jo joined our team in 2021, bringing a wealth of expertise to our payroll and bookkeeping services. As a dedicated member of The Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), Jo arrived with eight years of valuable experience in practice, making her a cornerstone of our financial department.

Known for being a friendly and approachable face in the office, Jo combines professional rigor with a helpful attitude. Whether you have a complex payroll query or need assistance with day-to-day bookkeeping, Jo is always happy to step in and provide expert support.

When she isn’t balancing the books, Jo is busy balancing life at home with her twin boys. She often jokes that managing payroll is easy compared to keeping her “naughty” duo in check! Her ability to maintain a smile while navigating both complex tax codes and teenage twins makes her an invaluable (and very patient) member of our team.

Fay’s journey with us began in 2018 when she first joined for work experience, quickly proving herself such a natural fit that she officially became part of the team shortly after. Working closely alongside Emily and Mollie, Fay handles a variety of everyday administration tasks and is the driving force behind keeping our office well-organized and tidy.

Beyond her organizational skills, Fay has taken on the most critical role in the office: Chief Snack Officer! She is fantastic at ensuring our snack box stays fully stocked, though she’s been known to “tax” the supply by keeping a couple of her favorites aside for herself. Her helpful nature and eye for detail ensure that both our paperwork and our energy levels are always where they need to be.

Jess joined the team in January 2025 and is often the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting our front office. She plays a vital role in keeping our daily operations running like clockwork, handling a versatile blend of bookkeeping and administrationβ€”and there’s a good chance hers is the helpful voice you’ll hear when you call us.

On the professional front, Jess holds an AAT Level 2 qualification in Bookkeeping and is currently working hard toward her AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting. She brings a high level of energy to the office, which might be partly due to her well-known love for a Red Bull to keep those spreadsheets moving! Whether she’s tackling a complex filing task or greeting a client, Jess ensures everything in the office stays energized and organized.
